Congrats to Elaine, MWEA’s VP

Congrats to Elaine Venema, PE and F&V Associate, who was installed Monday as the Vice-President of the Michigan Water Environment Association’s (MWEA) Board of Directors. An active MWEA member since 2008, Elaine is wrapping up her tenure as chair of the Industrial Pretreatment Program committee and vice-chair of the Government Affairs committee. The VP position is a four-year term with increasing roles. She’ll become President Elect in 2021, President in 2022 and Past President in 2023. The installment was part of the MWEA Virtual Water Summit.
